How do I add a
listing that is not mine to my agent Web Site?
The only agent who
can have a listing automatically feed to their website is the
agent whom that listing is under with the MLS. However,
you may add this listing to your website manually, but you will
need to change the MLS number so that it does not match the actual
listing MLS#. Follow the instructions to add a listing manually
to your agent site, but just use a "fake" MLS# when adding a listing
that is not yours.

Why am I unable
to add listings to my site? The system says that my listing
does not belong to me but it does.
Please contact your
MCA and ask that they double-check your Associate MLS ID on their
intranet roster. Oftentimes, the incorrect Associate MLS
ID is in the agent information on the Intranet Roster, or there
isn't an Associate MLS ID entered at all. The ID must be
entered exactly as it appears in the MLS - all caps or all lower-case,
however it appears with your local MLS.
Once your MCA confirms that the information
is in the Intranet Roster correctly, please request they check
their Unorphaned Listings page. You may have listings sitting
here that need to be "unorphaned" to you. If you
do have unorphaned listings and your MCA unorphans them to you,
your listings should populate immediately to your agent web site.
If your listings are not in the unorphaned listings, they should
appear the next morning after the listings feed runs overnight.
If your listings are still not showing up on your site the next
day, please contact the KW Support Team at: support@kw.com
so we may investigate this issue further.

How do I enter a
Land/Lot Listing?
Entering Land/Lot Listings
is done virtually the same way as other listings, save a couple
of important changes:
- You MUST enter a figure for the Bedroom and Bathroom fields.
We suggest a zero.
- You must also enter a number for square footage. Square footage
can be derived from acres as long as you have a calculator and
remember that an acre equals 43,560 square feet. (But don't
forget to include acreage in your property description.)

Why do I have duplicate
listings on my site?
The reason you have
duplicate listings is because you have two MLS's associated with
your profile. Please consult with your MCA and have them login
to the intranet with their MCA profile-and select: My Information/Office
Information. Select the name of the agent in question, then
select the Update MLS info link and delete one of the MLS ids
from the system. Please contact support@kw.com
if you have any questions.

Why didn't my photo
make it over to my agent site from the data aggregator feed?
When listing data is
massaged during the transfer of information from our data aggregator
feed to agent web sites, occasionally certain data is lost and
photos are not transferred with the listing. In order to
manually upload your photo to your listing, please follow these
steps:
- First look for your listing on your local MLS site
- Right-click on the photograph
- Select "Save As" and save it somewhere you can find it easily
(for example, your Desktop)
- Log onto the KW intranet and select: My Information/My Web
Site/My Listings
- Select Edit Listing
- Input the MLS number of the listing you need, or select "view
all of my listings " and then select the listing you need
to edit from the list displayed
- Scroll down to "Upload New Main Photo" and select the "Browse"
button
- Browse to where you saved that photograph on your computer
that you downloaded from Realtor.com or your local MLS site
- Select "Open" You will receive a message that the photograph
was uploaded. Now go back and check your agent site and
you should see the corresponding photograph with your listing.

What happens if
my listing expires too early?
If a listing has expired
and no longer appears on the KW listings search, you'll need to
re-enter all the information. The information is not recoverable.
The expiration date defaults to 120 days from the time of your
last edit. Always remember to mark this date in your calendar.
Keeping track of when your listings will expire is the best way
to prevent losing the information.
